Contest Rules and Regulations
WHO MAY ENTER
This Contest is free to enter and open to everyone except employees of Headline Promotional Products, Promoters and their agencies and persons with whom they reside. No purchase necessary. One online entry per business. Additional entries are applicable via commenting, liking and sharing our facebook contest post and with every Headline Promotional Product order until the deadline date of August 31st 2019. Noncompliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification. Must be 19 years of age or older to enter.
PRIZE
One winner will be drawn following the contest deadline of Sunday, August 31st at 11:59 p.m. Identification must be provided to claim the prize. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received by the contest deadline. Prize is valued at $400.00 CAD.
The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
Some prize restrictions may apply.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Headline Promotional Products and participating sponsors bear no liability arising or pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the contest, including liability and from the acceptance of and participation in the prize, as awarded, and confirming compliance with contest rules.
DATA PRIVACY
Entrants must consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph and/or image on videotape for publicity purposes in all media carried out by Headline Promotional Products and the Promoters, without payment or compensation. All online ballots shall become the property of Headline Promotional Products.
RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND CONTEST
Headline Promotional Products and the Promoters will not be responsible for substitution through cancellation of contest by promoter. The Promoters may withdraw or cancel the contest and the prize winner’s participation in it prior to, after commencement of, or during the promotion and may make notice to, or approval of, or liability or responsibility to the prize winner whatsoever.
The decision of the Promotions Manager is final on all matters of fact, interpretations, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment.
